Your First Sunday at ODCF
Not sure what to expect? Good - this page is for you. Here's exactly what a Sunday morning looks like, step by step.
A Sunday at ODCF
Here's how the morning unfolds. No surprises, no awkward moments - just a warm community glad you came.
Prayer at the Altar
A small group gathers to pray before the service. You're welcome to join or simply arrive at 10.
Arrive & Park
Pull into our free car park at 3 Cornwall Street. There's plenty of space - no stress.
Grab a Coffee
Help yourself to tea or coffee in the foyer. It's a great chance to say hello.
Kids Check-In
Drop the kids at Kingdom Kids (ages 3โ12, school weeks). They'll have a blast.
Worship Begins
We kick off with contemporary worship - heartfelt and real, not a performance.
The Message
Pastor Kyle shares a practical, Bible-based message you can actually take home.
Morning Tea
Stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards. This is where friendships start.
What It's Really Like
Honest answers to the things most people wonder about before their first visit.
Parking
Free parking right at the church - 3 Cornwall Street, Bunbury. There's plenty of room, so no need to circle the block or arrive early just for a spot.
The Welcome
Someone from our welcome team will greet you at the door. They'll help you find a seat and answer any questions. No clipboard, no pressure - just a friendly face.
The Service Vibe
Expect contemporary worship that's heartfelt and genuine - we're not trying to put on a show. Pastor Kyle's teaching is practical and down-to-earth, always rooted in the Bible.
After the Service
Morning tea is where the real magic happens. Grab a cuppa, have a biscuit, and hang around for a chat. It's the best way to get to know people - and we'd love to get to know you.
Bringing the Kids?
We get it - visiting a new church with kids can feel like a lot. Here's what you need to know:
- Kingdom Kids runs during the main service for ages 3โ12 (school weeks). Your kids will have fun, make friends, and learn about Jesus in an age-appropriate way.
- Under 3s are welcome to stay with you in the service. No one will judge you if your toddler makes some noise - they're part of the family too.
- There's no formal check-in process. Just bring them along and our Kingdom Kids team will take it from there.
- We take child safety seriously. Our volunteers hold current Working With Children Checks.
